Assessment Center and Development Center

 

The Assessment Center is a complex selection method that allows us to select the right person with the right skills for a given position. The point is that the skills and competences of the candidates are being examined by several observers during many individual and group exercises, and these observers prepare their summary assessment based on the candidate's performance. One of the advantages of the method is its company-specialized and objective nature, all AC tests uniquely selected competences by using specially designed exercises. The observers evaluate the candidate individually, and according to a clearly defined viewpoint system. The final decision is based on the sumation of these evaluations, and the candidates receive their assessment after the process.

Development Center also tests skills, but more for development than selection purposes: based on the results of the DC, you can easily and accurately plan development activities and programs, and also the career of your employees.
